We want you to love your WORQUX gear. If something isn't right, we make it easy.

Return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Email info@worqux.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send instructions and a return address.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Want a different colour or product? Start a return and place a new order — the fastest way to get exactly what you want.

For hygiene reasons, used towels cannot be returned unless faulty.
