Every WORQUX order is packed by hand and dispatched from Zagreb, Croatia.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Where we ship

All 27 EU member states, plus Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States.

If your country isn't on that list yet, email info@worqux.com — we add destinations as we grow.

Delivery times

Croatia and the EU: 2–5 business days.
United Kingdom and Switzerland: 4–8 business days.
Outside Europe: 7–14 business days.

Costs

Croatia: free. Every other destination: a flat €18, shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is charged after the order is placed.

Duties & taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.
