2-year limited warranty

Every WORQUX product is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase.

What's covered

Faults in the magnet assembly, seals, mechanisms, insulation and finish under normal use.

What's not covered

Normal wear, cosmetic marks from use, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modification.

How to claim

Email info@worqux.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. If it's covered, we'll repair or replace it.
